Returns
If you are in New Zealand we offer one free return as per our policy. (Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded)
We are happy to offer a free exchange on all full priced items within 14 days of dispatch if they are in a new and saleable condition excluding bags, hats, tanks and work out bras.
All items returned must be; unused, unaltered, unwashed and with all original tags attached and packaging included. Please ensure all items are fluff and hair free. Rose Road reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if these requirements are not met, except as required by Consumer Guarantee Act 1993.
We are unable to exchange item(s) for those that are a higher price. We will require you to place a new order and will refund the original price (excluding shipping costs if applicable).
Where the item(s) you want to exchange are of a lower price point than the original order, we will refund the difference.
All exchanges are based on availability at the time we process your return.
Please note we allow one exchange per order number, if you require an exchange on your exchange we will refund you.
Gift with purchase
You can return any items in your order for exchange as per our returns policy, however, if you choose to return your items for a refund you must return the gift with purchase.
If you choose not to return the gift with purchase we will deduct the value of the gift from your order value.
Sale Items and Bundle
All Sale purchases and items purchased on Bundle are deemed final and will not be accepted for return or exchange. All discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
International Orders
You can return your full priced item(s) for a refund of the purchased price (excluding postage). We are unable to provide an exchange or replacements on international orders. The cost incurred for the return shipping of the item(s) to Rose Road is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Returns Process - New Zealand
New Zealand orders
1. Please ensure your item was not bought on sale.
2. Ensure your garment is fluff, hair and make up free, is brand new, unworn and in a resaleable condition with tags intact.
3. Fold into original packaging.
4. Fill out returns information on the back of your packing list and include with your garment(s).
5. Email customercare@roseroad.co.nz for your return postage label.
6. Print out the label, attach it to the front of your bag, and contact NZ Post for pickup, either online, by phone, or drop into any NZ Post Shop or Post Box.
7. Please allow 3-5 days for your return to be processed once it is returned back to our warehouse.
8. Once your return is received you will be contacted with your credit information, refund notification, or exchange tracking number once processed.
Returns Process - International
International orders

Cancelling or Changes to Orders
Please make sure your order is correct. We are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it is confirmed.
In the unlikely event we accept order cancellation from the customer before the order is dispatched we will deduct a handling cost of 5% from your order value.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days at customercare@roseroad.co.nz with the nature of the fault. Please include all details including order number, name and photographs.

All faulty items or wear and tear returns must be purchased online at www.roseroad.co.nz within the last 30 days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
Discounts & Sales
Discount codes are valid for a single use per customer and can’t be applied to multiple orders
Discount codes can’t be applied to past orders or to items that have since moved to sale.
Items purchased before going on sale can’t be refunded for the difference.
Promotions run for the dates stated and can’t be extended.
Unless we say otherwise, promotions can’t be combined with other offers.
We may update or withdraw promotions at any time.
